を再構築する、再編する
re-(もう一度) structure(構造化する)から、「再構築する」企業で、不況の際に行われる首切りをリストラといいますが、これは、この単語から来ています。社内構造を再編するといったニュアンスです。restructureは、動詞としてしか使えないことに注意です。

中英語後期（建てる工程を表した）。古フランス語、またはラテン語 structura から。struere「建てる、組み立てる」に由来する。動詞としての用法は20世紀以前にはほとんど見られない。

「青山テルマ feat. soulja / そばにいるね」みたいな感じで使われるfeat.(フィーチャリング)は、この単語の省略形です。よく、「フューチャリング」って間違えてる人いるけど、そうじゃないですよー。
